We are for everyone

We provide a positive and inclusive environment where people are valued for the skills and experience they bring.

We pride ourselves on treating everyone fairly, because we understand how important it is for people to feel included and motivated.

Don’t just take our word for it, have a listen to what our employees say…..

Our People, Their Voices

Hear from some of our employees about how they feel about working at DLUHC.

My work involves working with different stakeholders to ensure the smooth passage of the Ground Rent Bill through Parliament. This includes preparing briefings and drafting speeches for the Minister. It’s very exciting as you can see the direct impact of your work live on Parliament tv!

To know that what I’m doing is contributing to something positive for millions of people around the country is so rewarding and motivating. I feel so lucky to be part of something like this straight out of university and working with really friendly, collaborative and welcoming colleagues. DLUHC truly is a great place to work.

Working as a Programme and Project manager within the Rapid response team never has a dull moment. We receive deployments that last around 3 months and this gives us a fascinating insight into different departments within DLUHC and the opportunity to work with so many amazing colleagues.

Alongside this we have a tremendous, ever growing, RRT team full of skilled and insightful individuals making our team productive but also a lot of fun to be part of.
